Privacy Policy

Monetize uses personal data to run checkout, deliver access, pay creators, and prevent abuse. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Monetize.

Data we use

  • Account email, username, and password hash, held by our authentication provider
  • The email entered at checkout
  • Payment records from Stripe, such as the amount, status, and card brand and last four digits
  • Discord account data when a purchase includes community access
  • The offer a creator publishes, including the promotion URL they provide

Why

We use this data to create accounts, show the creator and product at checkout, deliver access, renew or cancel subscriptions, pay creators, and investigate fraud or prohibited offers. Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are the contract with you and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
