Acceptable Use Policy

Creators may use Monetize only for lawful digital content and community access that they have the right to sell. Monetize reviews, suspends, or removes creators and offers that break these rules or a payment-provider rule.

Not allowed

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Stolen accounts or stolen credentials
  • Malware, phishing, or other deceptive software
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Copyrighted material the creator is not allowed to distribute
  • Adult content or adult services where the payment provider prohibits them
  • Gambling
  • Fraudulent or deceptive offers, including a product name that hides what is being sold
  • Financial products or services, unless the payment provider has explicitly permitted them
  • Anything else prohibited by Stripe or the card networks

Enforcement

Monetize can refuse a new offer, disable a checkout link, remove access, hold a payout, or close an account. A creator is responsible for the offer, the promotion page, and the Discord server or file behind the link. “The customer agreed” does not make a prohibited offer allowed.
